Fee Structure

We are a Florida corporation, but are open to franchisees opening out of state, and franchisor headquartered in Tampa, FL.

We are offering franchise opportunities with the greater Tampa Bay as the target growth market. We conduct business under our corporate name and under the trade and service marks and associated logos, designs, symbols and trade dress.

The initial franchise fee is $35,000 and we estimate the necessary investment to be approximately $275,000 depending on the location and buildout. In consideration for the franchise fee, we grant the applicant a franchise to operate the Restaurant in an exclusive territory and provide the applicant with initial training, on-going support, and $3500 toward the Grand Opening. The process of obtaining a franchise is done in three steps as outlined at our initial interview and meeting.

Contract Term:
*Five years, renewal every five years thereafter.
* Suggested size: 1000 to 1500 sq.
*Franchise fee: $35,000
*Royalty fee: 3% or $500 minimum
*Advertising Contribution: 2%
